For sea faring animals in the Chesapeake Bay, life most likely began in an estuary or inlet. These fissures of brachish slow moving water litter the surrounding land masses of the Chesapeake Bay Area. One of the most notable is the Lynnhaven River. Nestled at the base of the Chesapeake Bay in Northern Virginia Beach, is a home for all types of seafaring life, fowl, and woodland mammals.
John Koehler, Virginia Beach Author/Artist
John Koehler captures this in unique style in his new series. Offering stylized designs that feature shellfish, birds, and other denizens of the Lynnhaven River, they are a great way to celebrate the beauty of the Lynnhaven River, Virginia Beach, and its outlying ecosystem.
Celebrate The Beauty
These prints make an excellent addition to any collection. Whether you are an avid art collector, environmentalist, or just like the designs, come see them for yourself. John will be donating a portion of the sale of these prints to the Lynnhaven River Now Foundation.
